Going from our successful FMP04 as a reliable and flexible platform for filter testing we developed a new system, specifically for process or sterile filters. It allows for easy and fast testing of filter cartridges, which are for example used in compressed air filtration.
To mount these cartridges our newly designed filter holder FHP is used, shown on the right. It can be equipped with suitable stainless steel filter housings up to 30″ in length. Housings and filter adaptions can be easily changed and a counter-weight system makes the handling very easy, even for large housings.
The integrated downstream photometer ensures short test times due to short aerosol paths. Combining the filter holder with our FMP04 automation completes the test system (Figure on the right).
